Refs need to clarify whether "no handball offence should be called on a player if the ball is previously deflected from his own body and, in particular, when the ball does not go towards the goal". It seems that different refs interpret it differently.

In my opinion, the referee is not qualified to do the job. Fifa should ban him from participating in refereeing in the future. He and referee var really have problems. There were two obvious hand situations that he did not review and check the var. I wonder what the var is for?
